GOLF
On Saturday the "Waiwetu Golf Club held a mixed foursome competition for prizes donated by tho president, Mr. 11. C. Kirk. Tho competition resulted in a win for Miss Chrissie Stevens and A. J. Hobbs (handicap 21), who finished one clowr on bogey. Other cards returned were: Miss M.' Downes and G. P. Judd (20) 4 down, and Miss Flora Stevens and G. A. Wilkes (22)_4 down. The winners have donated their prizes to the Red Cioss Fund.
