4 FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Fresent indications are lor strong and squally -west to south-west -winds, with changoablo and showery conditions generally. Heavy showers aro probable iu tho western and southernmost districts. An atmospheric depression, Apparently of moderate- intensity, is likely to pass in tho south shortly. Tho weather has been changeable, and showers fell in various parts of the country on Sunday, and have been reported in the southernmost dietricta today.
