BIG RAILWAY LAWSUIT
ACTION AGAINST THE MORGAN ESTATE. Australian-New Zealand Cable Association. New York,' August 30. Tho largest suit in the history of the Federal.-Courts has begun. It is brought by five stockholders in the New York, Newhavon, and Hartford Railway, who demand that the estate of the lato J. Pierpont Morgan shall restore 160,000,000 dollars (about £32,000,000 ) to tho .railway, ; which amount, they declaro, was lost through Pierpont Morgan's efforts to creatc a New England transportation monopoly.
