THE POSITION YESTERDAY. . ■ Measles cases were istill being admit- , ted to hospital.from Featherston Camp - yesterday, but the outbreak continued to be mild in character and the symptoms usually were slight. General Henderson, Director of Medical, Services, paid a visit to the camp during the day. I The number of oases of all sorts in the military hospitals at noon yesterday was 448, this total not including men invalided from the front. The cases classified as "serious" numbered 8, comprising- 5 cases of cerebro-spinal meningitis, one case of diphtheria', one case of pneumonia,*,and one case.of empyema. A case of cerebro-spinal meningitis, included in this total, had been reported at Auckland.
