Count Reventlow (tho German publicist), in tho "Tages Zeitung," ,is extremely indignant over tho British suggestions for the . abolition of tho Kaiser. He says: "Thcro lias always a tendency in British policy to unJcrmino firmly-established monarchies by deposing or crippling Tulers who wen; no mock sovereigns." Ho admits that the Allies would not shrink from imposing punishment on the Kaiser, and warns the German Emriiro to take tho suggestion .seriously. '""Their real object is to destroy Germany by overthrowing her monarchical foundation.'-
