There havo been collisions between Chinese and Mongolian troops, on the. borders of Mongolia and Manchuria. A combat on August 21 at Kochiatung threatened the South Manchurian railway". Tho Japanese .commandant requested the combatants to retire, which thoy did, leaving fifty wounded, whom the Japanese Red Cross succoured.
