The Russians arc employing AustroGerman prisoners for the rapid construction of a' railway to link up Alexandroslc, Kola, and Petrograd. [Alexandrovsk is at the mouth of Kateuna Harbour, on the Russian Arctic coast, near the Scandinavian frontier. Kola is at tho head of the harbour, which, owing to ,the proximity of the Gulf stream, is an ice-free port.]
