ME, G. N. BARNES APPOINTED SECRETARY. Australian-New Zealand Oablo Association, London, August 18. Mr. George N. Barnes (Labour M.P. for Blackfriais division of Glasgow) will become Secretary to the Labour Advisory Department, ' aud controls the agricultural side of the Labour question, and Mr. Hendorson the industrial side. It is expected that tho office of Minister of Labour will bo created after tho war.
