The oversea Parliamentary delegates at the Bclfaßt Mayoral luncheon denied that their visit was intended to dictate on Irish domestic affairs. They contended that the Imperial Parliament, wliich was controlling tho affairs of the whole Empire, would find a solution for the Irish problem.

[Obviously the above message refers to a statement by one of the delegates, but his identity, apparently, has been lost in transmission.]
