Four days behind her time-table dato o£ arrival, the R.M.S. Moana-, from San Francisco, via Papeete and Rarotonga, came into port about 8 o'clock yesterday morning. The usual trip to Lyttclton will not be undertaken by tho vessel this trip, consequently she will be enabled to leave for Sydney on Thursday as usual. BLACKBALL BOATS. The Ngakuta, will leave to-day for Greymouth to load again for Wellington. • She should return about Saturday next. Tho Ngatoro is loading at Greymouth for here, and is expected on Thursday morning. She ■will return to the coast to load.again for Wellington. The Ngahero' is leaving Auckland with general cargo for southern ports.' She will call in at Wellington. LEITRIM AND ROSCOMMON. Latest advices state that neither the Leitrim nor the Boscommon are coming to i Wellington. Tho Leitrim will call at Wha'ngarei and Auckland only, while the Eoscommon will call at the Bluff.

The Rosamond is to leave Napier to-day for Wellington. She is due here on "Wednesday morning, and will load for Timaril, Dunediu, and Bluff, leaving the Eame evening.

The Kakapo is loading at 1 Greymouth, and is to leave to-day lor Wellington. The Kuhika leaves that port for Wellington on Thursday. ,

The Kamo goes on the slip to-day, and is to leave for Greymouth to-morrow evening.

It was learned on the arrival of the Moana yesterday x that several attempts had been mode to recover the anchors lost at Rarotonga by the Maittii during her last trip to Wellington. The diving gear seems to have been inefficient, however, and the "hook" still remains at the bottom of the sea.

"The Ilinemoa. is to leave port to-mor-row for Jackson Head, The Brothers, and also to replace a buoy in Queen Charlotte Sound. She should he back in Wellington about' Thursday evening,, and will Leave early nert week for northern waters.

The Calm is expected from southern ports on Friday. She will proceed on to Waugnnui the same day.-'
