FEATHERSTON CAMP.
The, Cairip Commandant at Featherton lias approved of the transfers of tlie following men: —
The Sixteenth Machine Gun Section have returned from Papawai to the Main Camp, and the Seventeenth Mounted Rifles left for Papawai on Saturday.
\ In the signalling competitions, held at Feathorston Camp on August 9 and 10, the following were the prize-win-, ners:—Event I—Corpi. Woods and Lce.-Corpl. Jones, 16th Spec. Company, Sig. Section, 1; Pte. Wiltshire and Pte. Parker, 17th Specs., Sig. Section, 2 Event 2—Pte. Lb Grice and Pte. M'Donald, 16th Specs., Sig. Section, 1; Pte. M'Murtrio and Pte. Starring, 16th Specs., Section, 2. Event 3—Pte. M'Murtric, 16th Spec. Company, Sig. Section, lj Pte. Le Grice, 16th Spec. Company, Sig. Section, 2; Spr. Crossgrove, 17th Engineer Signal Unit, 3.
The Camp 1 Commandant (Lieut.. Colonel N. P. Adams) has approved of tlio temporary appointment of Sapper It. M. BriicPj 19th Div. Sig., to be orderly-room elork, with the rank of corporal.
