BRITISH LABOUR MINISTER RESIGNS
("Tho Times.") (Roc. August 9, 7.5 p.m.) London, August 8. Mr. Arthur Hendorson (President of the Board of Education) has resigned his portfolio owing to the stress of his Labour Party work interfering with his Ministerial duties. He wishes to dovoto the whole of his energies to the adjustment of Labour problems. Presumably he will stay in tho Cabinet.
