RAROTONGAN IN TROUBLE

Auckland, August 8. ■ The Rarotongan, Toeta 'Kai Nului, who was arrested subsequent to the shooting of Kennetlr'Livingstone on Mr. Rolleston's run at Jlangapeelii on July 28, appeared on remand in • the Police Court, and was charged .. with, breaking ana entering -the dwelling of Charles Frederick Jlacfarlane at Tiroa, near To Ituiti, on July 28, and with stealing £4 12s. Gd., in money and a pocket-book, the property of Air. Jlaciarlane. Accused, who is 23 years of age, was remanded to appear at To Kuiti on August 14.
