The return is not yet i complete, but it was tabled in order t thfit the necessary authority for printing might bo obtained. The totals \ have not compiled, and in its ; present position the return does mot afford any information as to the total flocks of the Dominion.. The Minister, however, stated tnat the GovernStatistician was confident that - the complete return would show that - there vrae no shortage of flocks in the Dominion..
