ONSLOW BOROUGH COUNCIL

4 — . A meeting of the Onslow Borough Council was held last evening, , the Mayor (Mr. C. C. Crump) presiding. Tliefollowing were also ,present: —Councillors J. G. Smith, W. 'Applcton, A. E. Budd, J. M. Dale, A. W. C. Palmer, L. A. Browne, and H. Brenton-Rule. Councillor Budd moved:—"That the notice warning persons against trespassing on the catchment area be removed, and that the gate leading thereto be unlocked." Councillor J. M. Dale seconded the • motion.

After discussion the motion was carried, and it was decided to instruct the engineer to provide' ;i gate that would give access to pedestrians and yet be a protection against cattle entering the reserve.
