Lord Robert Cecil, Minister of Blockade, stated in 'tho House oi' Commons that tho Government had asked tho United States to ascertain the_ constitution of the German court-martial which tried anil condemned Captain Fryatt for attacking a submarine. The Government had also askeil the United States to demand the repatriation of the five stewardesses who wero 011 the Brussels. (Router's Telegram.) Lord Robert Cecil said that tho crew of the Brussels wero mostly interned at Kuhleben, together with 1500 other merchant seamen. STRONG STAND BY BRITAIN DEMANDED. (Rec. Clemencenu (tho French statesman and publicist), commenting on the assassination of Captain Fryalt, sayß:—"lt is tima that Britain made her full weight felt, especially in tho blockade, which has too often been relaxed to prevent a quarrel with. Washington."
