ALLEGED SEDITIOUS CIRCULAR
TRADE UNION SECRETARY FINED, By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston North, August 1. Sir. Hewitt. S.M., gave judgment today in tho charge against Robinson, necretary of the Flaxworkors' Union, for nxpreseing a seditious intention in a circular pledging signatories to strike on the coming into operation of the Com-' pulsion Act. A fine of ,£25 and costs was inflicted.
