WORK TO BE RESUMED. The Prime Minister mentioned in the House of Representatives on Saturday afternoon that.the Imperial authorities had asked whether New Zealand desired the Dominions' Royal Commission, whose labours were interrupted by the outbreak of war, to resume its labours. The reply had been that the New Zealand Government would like the work to continue. In this connection he had received a communication from onr representative on. the Commission, the Hon. J. R. Sinclair, saying that he was propared to continue Jus duties on the Commission without any further allowance. Whether the Government accepted this offer or not, said Mr. Massey, it appreciated Mr. Sinclair's 'attitude.
