A BELGIAN SUCCESS (Kcuter's Telegram.) (Rec. July 30, 5.5 p.m.) \ . London, July 29. The Belgians have- occupied Mariahaef, a hundred miles south-west of Lake Victoria, after a successful progress west of the lake, where they captured a thousand porters' loads of rifles, munitions, and supplies, and defeated an enemy force of six hundred. They altogether captured 4000 natives and 190 whites.
