THE APPAM CASE
VERDICT FOR THE BRITISH (Reuter'e Telegram.) (Rec. July 30, 11.15 pfk) Norfolk (Virginia), July 29> Iho lederal Court has ordered tha ■ restoration of the Appam to tas British owners. It was decided that a prize cannot bo brought into neutral waters unconvoyed. The manner in which tha Appam was brouglit was a violation of v United States neutrality.
