SEIZED FISHING BOATS
PROTEST FROM THE .DUTCH. Australian-New Zealand Cable Association, (Rcc. July 29, 5.5 p.m.) The Hague, July 28. The Dutch Government has protested against Britain's claim that the exportation of Dutch fish to Germany was contrary to The Hague Convention. If Britain objects to the sale of the greater part to Germany then she must competo in the open market against Germany. Tho Dutch Government therefore oxpect the seined fishing boats to bo released immediately. MOSLEM WOMEN AND PEACE A DEMONSTRATION. ■ ("Tho Times.") London, July £8. The "Times" correspondent in the Balkans states that a peace demonstration took place in Constantinople. Thousands of Moslem women protested that the Sultan should end the war. The police dispersed the crowd. The unpopularity of the Germans is growing. I'ood is dear, and 'there are outbreaks of Asiatic cholera. '
