Ginnell, .Nationalist Jf.P. for West Meath, created a scene in the Houso of Commons by'alleging that, the military bombarded the nurses' headquarters during the Dublin insurrection. Titr. Herbert Samuel denied the allegation, whereupon Mr. Ginnell accused Mr. Samuel of insolence, and persisted in putting his question. • Mr. Asquith moved the suspension of Mr. Gmnell, who .refused. to leave till the sitting was suspended, when ho was persuaded to leave.
