Under the heading, "Heroes All Three: Distinguished New Zealauders from Gallipoli," the Canadian "War Cry" publishes a photo, containing Lance-Corporal Fear, D.C.M., of Wellington; ChaplainMajor Greene, also of Wellington, who was awarded the Military Cross; and Sapper Watson, D.C.M. This photo, has also appeared in several English publications. • Commissioner Hodder has returned from a somewhat extensive tour in the South Island. Apart from conducting meetings at several centres, he also conducted a thorough inspection of The social work, presiding over the ceremony in connection with the opening of a Boys' Home at Temuka. This home, lately the residence of the late Colonel Hayhurst, is one of several being establisfied in which orphans of wounded soldiers will liavo the preference. The function Was highly successful. Colonel Dean, an Australian Salvation Army officer, who . has occupied important positions in Great Britain and tlie United States,; has arrived in the Dominion, and is engaged in conducting special revival services'in the various centres.
