FOR GALLANTRY IN GALLIPOLI Australian-New Kcalani Oable Association. (Rcc. July 13, 11.35 p.m.) London, July 13. A gazette supplementing General Sir Charles Munro's dispatch of April 10 mentions a largo number of Anzacs. for distinguished gallant services. Those mentioned in the Headquarters Staff include Goneral Sir "W. E. Birdwood, Major-General Sir Andrew Russell, and thi? following other New Zealanders:— Captains Daltry, G. King, Powles, and J. M. Bichmond. Amongst the Australian Light Horse is mentioned Lieut. Newman, a New Zealander. Mounted Corps.—Captain Wyman (Auckland), Major Hurst (Canterbury), Lieut.-Colonel Grigor and Sergt. Little •(Otago). Artillery.—Sergt.-Majors. Hicks and Ibbotson, Sergts. Binnie, Kyne, Cosbrook, and Morrison. Engineers—Sergt. Alexander and Corpls. Steele, Dignan, Holmes, and Masters. Auckland Infantry.—Major Alderman, Lieut. Holland, Quartermaster Graham, Sergts. Francis and Ellis (Auckland), Sergts. Rhind and Natnscli (Canterbury), Sergt. Henderson, Sergt-Major Mitchell (Otago), (Otago), Majors Cunningham and Cox, Quartermaster-Sergeant Williams, Corpl. Little (Wellington). Army Service Corps.—Lieut.-Colonel Hamilton, Major Avery, Scrfjt. Jenkona. Medical Corps.—Sergt.-Mapr Moor, Corpl. Sullivan, Pte. Cardno. Chaplains Luxford and Taylor. Maori Section.—Lieut. Stainton. The issue of the dispatch was delayed owing to tho miscarriage of the Australian portion, which had been cent abroad for verification.
