\ * t The Masierton Co-operative Dairy Company has decided to send two directors to Napier to inquire into 1 the system adopted there of supplying pasteurised milk to the residents of the town.

An effort is being made to establish an egg-laying competition in the Wairarapa, under the auspices of the Wairarapa Egg Circle. Mr. \Y. li. The annual meeting of the Wairarapa Teachers' Institute was held 011 Saturday last, when the report was adopted and officers elected as follow—President, Mr. 1\ I;.
