Paul, a clerk employed by Mr. Pierpoht Morgan, that he and another olerli: revealed the the Allies to outsiders,' including Mr. Clifton, a close friend of Count BemstorfV 1 (German Ambassador), and also to Carlos Moore. Paul <leclares that lie and his confederate gave to Clifton information on war business, obtained from Mr. Morgan's cables, and also over a hundred copies of Mr. Morgan's private memoranda. Clifton and; Moore admit certain dealings with Paul, but deny that the information was given to Germany. Clifton was Count' Bornstorff's lawyer in the Appain case. BIG SLUMP IN MUNITION-MAKING. ALLIES' OUTPUT NOW SELF-SDFFI-CIENT. New York. Jnly 7. The. "Evening Sun" expects a great slump in munition-making, as the' Allies' output is now self-sufficient. Munition factories in America, after October, will. either have to closo up or resumo their old business.
