For ruling a bicycle without a light, Cyril Slmw was fined 10s., and 7s. coslfi. For failing lo send his child to school, llenrv Pilcher was fined ss. and 7s. costs. R.'.l. M'l.end and W. J. Willis wore each lined ss. with 7s. costs lor allowing cattle to wander. For driving a vehicle without n light Martin Smith was. lined 10s. and 7s. costs. Lewis F. Fleet, claimed ,CI. ss. from R. Thompson, as the result of a collision between two traps. After hearing the evidence the Magistrate returned a verdict in favour of defendant. Judgment was given for plaintiff in the case, ]<ower Hull Borough Council v. Niels Albreclilson, a claim lor Is. fid., with ss. costs. In a. judgment summons case 111 which W. Westbury claimed .C 9 15s.' from G. Parker, the latter was ordered to pay tho amount in instalments of 2s. Gd. per week, in default nine days' imprisonment.
