THE COMMISSIONER'S. REPORT. ' The report of tho Royal Commission that was lately appointed to inquire into the question of the suggested purchase of tho Foxton Wharf ' from the Railway Department by tho Foxton Harbour Board will be presented to Parliament this week. It is understood that the Commission recommends tho salo of the wharf to tho Harbour Board for .£SOOO, subject to there boing- a rating area capable of producing .£4OOO per'annum. • The projects to build a new railway lino from Levin to Greatford and (<j connect (lie existing tramway with tuo railway aro not, ic in understood, recommended by the Commission.
