At a mectinz of creditors in the'bank, rupt * estate' of William Coleman, solicitor, deceased, tho report, of the assignee stated that tho claims proved ■or notified amount to X49,G18, and_ if litigation, in which tho Bank of New South AVales and another aro concerned, was decided against tho interests of the estate, J87225 will be added. When the estate was placed in his hands in October last it was • estimated that: about. .£13,000 would bo available for distribution, but other claims had arisen, which, if upheld in Court, would reduce tho amount to go to creditors. It was at present estimated that the dividend will lie approximately 3s. in tho .C.
