QUESTION FOR THE ALLIES By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright London, June 28. Replying to a question as to the result of his conference at Paris, Lord E<bert Cecil (Under-Secretary' of Stato for Foreign Affairs) said that its object was to consider whether it was desirable to continue tho partial enforcement cf tho Declaration of London. The British and French Governments had decided in the negative, and it was hoped that the other Allies would concur. The King would bo advised to issue an Order-in-Council withdrawing the successive Orders issued under the Declaration. Mr. Asquith said that ho hoped to make a statement early nest week «'s to, tho Government's intentions-regarding the results of the Paris Conference.
