PEMBERTON BILLING AT THE AIR INQUIRY. By Teleßranh-Press Association-Oojjyright (Rec. June 29, 8.30 p.m.) London, June 28. Mr. Pemberton Billing, M.P. (the "air M.P."), was considerably heckled before the Air Inquiry Committee. Ho had merely directed at-' tention to things he believed to be wrong, and desired the Committee to inquire into them.
