The Wimmera arrived shortly before 10 o'clock yesterday morning from Melbourne after a fair, weather, and uneventful voyage. -The vessel left the Victorian port on Saturday last. Including transhipments ex Khyber, Indian, Zealandia, Dimboola, Loongana, Janria, Dongarra, Middlesex, and Ivoonda, t : ho Wimmera brought some 1050 tons of general cargo for discharge here. A radio message received from the Moana last evening stated that the .vessel which is en route from Sau Francisco, via Papeete; and Rarotonga, is expected to arrive here about 6 o'clock to-morrow evening. The. Moana was due yesterday. THE TARAWERA. The Tarawera wiU not arrive from Napier until,;this afternoon. .The vessel has a large cargo- to. discharge, and as it is intended to dispatch her for the south to-night no southern cargo will bo received.
