G, 46, and 47, Maupuia Road, and Sections 3G, Tuukinu Koad, containing in all 2 acres 2 roods 3J perches, were sold in a block for .£750. The Lidding for the other sections and cottages did not reach the vendors' reservo priccs, and these lots arc now held for private sale.
