An important High Court decision has been given in tho' case .arising out of tho reccnt city aldermanic election, wheu it was . discovered that . thirteen strangers were allowed to vote in the - names of other olectors, entitled to vote, but who did not. The Supreme. . Court decided that the candidate for -whom the votes wero recorded was not duly elected, and granted an ouster order.
