The Olympic Harriers held a run from Lyall Bay last Saturday, when the runners, to the number of IG, which included two new members, followed a course from the Lyall Bay tram terminus, along: the beach for about half a mile, thence over the sandhills to the gasworks, through the polo grounds to the hills abovo Seatoun as far as (lie tuunel, and then back to tho starting point, through tho golf links. The run-in, which was about one mile, was well contested, the result being: A. L. Wilson, 1; W. .Scatchard, 2; G. Dixon, 3. Tho run to-dny will tnlce place from the cemetery gates, Karori.
