King Nicholas, of Montenegro, write?, strongly disapproving of the visit of Prince Mirko (his son) to Vienna. "I hasten to assure our Allies," he writes, "that my son posseses no official standing. The Cabinet now being formed by the Ministers remaining in Montenegro will cease to be part of my Government, and will not possess the power to rule. I hope that, by the 'help of God and our valiant Alfies, Montenegro mil soon •be delivered."
