Silver Monarch, Immensity, and Hurakia were ' associated over the steeples, the former finishing alone, the other two giving an indifferent display. Ilurakia baulked at the double. Bodciilmm, Styrix, and Pursefiller were schooled over the hurdles, the last-named showing to most advantage. 'Cello went five furlongs in lmin. 6sec, and Pomeroy aud Amber and White also took lmin. (isec. over the same distance. Spain galloped six furlongs.in lmin. 20s«i. f and so did Glenroy. Fionnuala went half a mile in 53sec. Paremata jumped the big country m very taking stylo. 1 Tararti Jack sprinted five furkhgs. A lot of others did useful work. Lady Louisa, Master Achilles, and Master Strowan arrived last night.
