■ Mr. D. G. A. Cooper, S.M., presided in the. Magistrates Court on Saturday. lor insobriety, Kathleen Gerity was fired i£l, and Gustav Neilsen lOi. Convicted on a charge of having commilted an indecent act, Sidney Burnett Speedy was fined £2, in default seven days' imprisonment. James Edward Walker and Char'es Lendholm were each fined M>3. for having used threatening behaviour' in Egmont Street. Wallis Travis was convicted and' ordered to appear for sentenco wlien called on, when convicted on a charge of the theft of ,£3 Is. belonging to David M'Crae. Travis ,was ordered to make restitution, at the rato of 59. per week. Robert Logan was fined JCI for committing an indecent act.
