"French aeroplanes carried out'numerous bombardments on tho front north of Verdun. Notable features of these raids were tho dropping of fifteen large calibre bombs.on a munition depot.between Bau court and Arracourt, six'miles and. a quarter south of Sedan; five on the railway 'station at Sedan, where an outbreak of fire was observed; rind fifteen on a munition depot in the neighbourhood of •Azannes. General von Moltke, interviewed by the Budapest "Avilng," said the Germans are well supplied with men, and there is no fear regarding her reserves. The Allies are. worse off. Almost the entire French reserves are on tho battlefield. Compulsion in Britain will only bring in a few hundred thousand men,, which are. necessary to replace losses, and will not affect tho military situation. He admitted that the Allies' production of munitions was -equal to that of the Central Powers.
