Sir.—Mr. Dalton is mistaken. Ho has surely misunderstood my contention, for his argument docs not even apply. I have asked for a New Zealand l Trada Commissioner in England who is familiar witlv New Zealand requirements to push from that end. . I am quite aware that Mr. Dalton is pushing from this end, and my motion contains ifliafc admission, but ho is 13,000 miles away from tha country in which I desiro tho Big effort, made when tlis Big opportunity comes,.
