The "Tagliche Rundschau" publishes a speech by the Munich Police President violently condemning tho citizens for their luxurious living. "Disgusted soldiers are unable to continue to watch your life of dissipation, which contrasts with the terrible sacrifices at the front." The Police President ■ vituperised tho "welldressed girls and women, and careless riveurs, rioting in luxury, while on tho other hand 5000 soldiers' wives are un. able to afford a scrap of meat." Ho cited .the case of a woman requesting a milk card 'for her lap dog, and also condemned dealers' "shameless extortions and tlieir "hoarding upiof huge' quantities for sale at immense profit."-
