The fortnightly committee meeting of the Boys' Cricket League was held last night, when it was decided to play the match 21 Cadets against St.. David's oil the.Hutt ground on Saturday; 21 Cadets having beaten the Hutt teain the previous Saturday, gaining a 3-point win. During tho evening ' the opportunity was taken to bid farewell- to Mr. F. Fitzgerald, who has been connected with tho League for a number of years. ■ Several of the jnembers spoke in appreciative terms of Mr. Fitzgerald's consistency and faithfulness as a member of the Management Committee, and wished him every success and God-speed and a safe return. Mr. Fitzgerald, who lias enlisted, and is going into camp, briefly, thanking the members for their kind remarks.
