SAILORS' FRIEND SOCIETY

The concert held at the.Sailors' Friend. Society last night was a great success. A fine programme of music was presented by Mr. P. Fitzgerald and party. In a short temperance address .the Missioner stressed,the need of total abstinence; At the close of an attractive evening a voto of thanks to the performers was carried, and was responded to by Mr. Fitzgerald. The performers were:—Messrs. Mansfield, Fitzgerald, Hanlon, and Warren. From (Celtic Glen), Hover, Hockey, Olsen, Kempton, and TFerinan, and Koss (Cobar). Mr. Miller was at the piano.
