POST AND TELEGRAPH OFFICERS

~s _ ■ " The annual meeting of delegates of the New Zealand Post and Telegraph Officers' Association will be held in Wellington to-day, when matters of importance to Post and Telegraph employees will be discussed and the results placed before tho Postmaster-General, tho Department, or the Pnblio Commissioner as tho case may be. The' Wellington section has .arranged to entertain tho delegates at a smoke concert on Friday, when, in addition to guests of the evening, it is hoped that the Prinie Minister (the Right, Hon. W. F. Massey), the Postmaster-General (Sir Joseph Ward), the Public Service Commissioners (Messrs. D. Robertson, R Triggs, and A. D, Thomson), the secretary of tho Department (Mr. W, R. Mor-' lis), and other Departmental heads will pe present.
