As everybody knows, very much has been made, lately by certain people of tho fact, 'that there aro in this country some people who bear alien names, anil it is suggested with some bitterness that theso people are a menace to our con 11 try, aud they aro held up to public obloquy. A rebuke was administered to these n& elisors by Mr. W. 'I'. Jennings in the Houso yesterday, "No one can doubt my loyalty," said Mr. .Temiiugs. speaking with fueling.
