For assaulting some unknown person, William Cunningham was fined 405., the alternative being seven days' imprisonment,. An elderly man, named Frederick •Watson, was remanded until Wednesday next on a charge of theft from tfto person at Tauherenikau.__ " Wilfred Gregor Gibson M'Kinnoji, appearing on remand on a ohargc of bigamy, was further remanded to appear at Otaki on May 5.
