To-morrow morning they will be brought'before Air. Dyer, S.At.,and charged as follows :— RuaHcpetipa, otherwise known as Rua Kenaua, of Maungapohatu, with intent to resist and prevent lawful ,appieheiisiou and detention; that said Rua Jfcpctipa did, at .Maungapohatu on April 2, 1916, counsel and procure Toko Rua Tcmaipi and other persons to diacharge at William George Wright, Alexander Al'Gowan, Frank'R. Ebbett, John Neil, and other members of tho Police Force, arms loaded with destructive materials, and did, on April 2, counsel and procure Toko Rua'Te Maipi and other persons to murder W; G. Wright. A. M'Gowan, F. \i. Ebbett, J. Neil, and other members of the Now Zealand Police Force. Pukepuke Kanara, with intent to resist lawful apprehension' of Rua Hepetipa; attempt to discharge at Polico Constable Skinner arras loaded with destructive materials. Tioke Hakapiai, did assault, resist and obstruct Jl. Fauoy, police iu the execution of his duty. Whata Rua, witli intent to resist lawful apprehension of Rua Hepetipa, did attempt to wound or do actual bodily harm to Polico Constable J. 8. Williamson. Awa Horomona, with 'intent to prevent lawful apprehension of, Rua Hepetipa, did actual "bodily harm to Polico Constable M. Fahey. Alaka Kanuehi, did assault, resist, and obstruct J. S. Williamson, polico constable, in the oxecution-of lus duty.
