The only solution of the difficulty is, in the opinion of- the householders, to provide a branch school at'Seatoun for juniors. J. lie nanus* of. over 40 children awaiting the opening of a school at Seatoun havo already been furnished to the board, and ulso particulars of a most suitable building in the heart of the Seatoun Flat, it is considered that if the board are not prepared to immediately meet-'the want oi accommodation that the householders should bring the matter before the member far tlie 4i«Wct and the Minister of Education. ' Three members of the old committee were re-elected, viz.-.-Messrs. C. Bell, C. K Stichbury, and W. W. Clfford. ' Six additional members are required, .and the meeting resolved to recommend six residents to the.board for appointment. Kaiwarra. I'he meeting at Kaiwarra was poorly attended, and so little interest was taken in the election that only, one nomination —that of A. Newport—was received., The householders decided to recommend that the committee should consist of the fot lowing, in addition to ,Mr. Newport:—<J. Flaws, C. Bowden, W. Latimer, and A. L. Dixon. The report showed an aver! age attendance of 88 out of 103 pupils on the roll. The committee has a credit balance of about ';£lO. ' Berhampore. New committee:—Messrs. J, P. Shand (chairman), G. W. Key, E. Eichmond, F. S. Hoy, P. C. Watt, A. A. Whitelaw, 8,, Warwick, C. W. Bnrd, and E. W. Bnrd. Foxton. The following committee was elected:— Messrs. Hornblow (chairman), M'Murray (secretary), Rev. Bredin, Dr. Mandl. Messrs. Betty, Hussey, M'Coll, Pereau, and Woods. There were twelve nominations,' : . Greytown, . Messrs. E. Leppien (chairman), H Walden (treasurer), T. Fisher, L. Great head,. E. Anker, B. Workman, F. Morgan; T. C. Udy, A.: E. Fletcher, Mart' Maxton (hon. secretary). , Paskakariti.. The following were elected to the Pae kakai-iki,School Committee:—W. L. Short (chairman),' J. Lilly (secretary), A. L Deans, 'S. Gamby, D. M'Murchie. Taita. At Taita the following committee was elected:—Messrs. M. Welch (chairman), W. Harris (secretar), S. Cooloy, F. Hewer, S.
