WELLINGTON ORPHANS' CLUB
ANNUAL MEETING,
The annual general meeting of the Wellington Orphans'. , Club was held last evening. Colonel B, J. Collins occupied the chair. Tn submitting the report and balance-sheet, the chairman remarked .on the successful ses-. sipn just concluded, and added that it was the most successful in the history of' the club.
The following office-bearers were , olectod for the coining year—Patron, His Excellency the Governor,' Lord Liverpool; vice-patron, Colonel Collins, C.M.G., 1.5.0.; president, Rev. A. Hunt; vice-presidents, Hon. A. Herdman, J. P. Luke, D. M'Laren, W. 0. Robinson, A. G. Wallace, and E. A. Batt: bon. secretary,' Herbert F. Wood; hou. treasurer, W. J..T. Wiggß; committee, Messrs. G. Christie, H. Levy, Eraser-Thomson, W. Goudie, F. Nichol. E. Cavell, H. D. M'Carthy, and H. Blick;'musical director, H. Moschini; hon. accompanist, George Holloway; horn- auditor, Messrs P. J. M'Govern and D. Carman.
