HUTT COURT
At tlie Lower Htitt Court on Monday, before Messrs. W. C. James and J. Cudby, J.P.'s, the following were fined for allowing horses to wander:— Frank Meyrick, 20s. and costs 7s.;' L. Carter, 10s., costs 75.; H.' Ell, 10s., costs 7s. E. Jessop was charged with; being the owner of a mare found in Queen's Road on March 8, and was fined ss. and. coste 7s. Michael Daley, for allowing a cow to wander on April 6, was fined 55.,- and costs 7s. On a second charge of having allowed four cows to stray on April 11, Daley was fined 20s. and bosts 7s.
